Bill Crawford
Bill is the Chief Ranger Visitor Experience at James River State Park, and has also served at High Bridge Trail State Park. He started his career with Virginia State Parks as a seasonal interpreter, and continues to share his passion for interpretation every chance he gets. He loves many aspects of his job, and acts as a Canoe and Kayak Instructor, Archery Instructor, and is active with the Swiftwater Rescue Team. Outside of work, Bill spends a lot of time on the river canoeing and kayaking, and working with various Search and Rescue organizations.
